Soricimed owns all of the intellectual property surrounding the soricidin platform. There are seven US patents issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (US 7,119,168; 7,273,850; 7,485,622; 7,745,588; 8,003,754; 8,211,857; 8,338,136).  We hold the European regional patent (1601691) that has also been successful in all eight countries where we pursued the national phase.
